Sleep is a recycle system to your body. A human being needs to sleep in order to relief memories and thoughts of the day.
If a person falls asleep at midnight, his or her body will not function well. Some consequences are stress, dark circle under your eyes, and loss of concentration. These problems will follow you in the long-term.
Stress is strongly influenced by the amount of sleep you get. Lack of sleep can cause your brain to go into a stressful mode. If you sleep at midnight, you will not take a test seriously. This shows that it will affect your brain function.
Nothing is more important than your own health. Having ugly dark circle under your eyes will bother you and your skin will getting worse. The reason why dark circles appear under your eyes is because of your changing sleeping hours. For example, getting 9 hours of sleep one night and 6 hours of sleep the next.
Most teenagers and adults need to rest enough to work properly. If you end up sleeping late, you will lose concentration when you wake up. Some students have a difficult time paying attention in their classes due to their lack of sleep. Having inconsistent sleeping habits affect people at work and at school.
Young adults at age 18 to 25 should have 7 to 9 hours of sleep. However, teenagers at age 14 to 17 should have 8 to 10 hours of sleep. Since it is harder for young adults to concentrate, they need to have an accurate amount of hours slept.
A suggestion is that everyone should get 9 hours sleep per night. Following a sleeping schedule will help you have a healthy life.
